The US Residential Appraisal Analyst is responsible for managing and overseeing the residential property appraisal process from start to finish. This role involves coordinating with appraisers, clients, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of appraisal reports, maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations, and delivering high-quality service to clients.

- Experience in EITHER US Property Data Research/Market Research OR Appraisal Data Review OR Report Writing.
- Familiarity with EITHER US residential appraisal process OR Appraisal review OR underwriting OR any US mortgage-related appraisal stream.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Should have basic knowledge of the Real Estate Industry.
Qualifications
Diploma in Civil, bachelor’s in engineering, BSc (Maths, CS, IT), BCA, and MBA or Any degree with experience in the US Mortgage related to Appraisal.
