Job Overview
We are seeking an IT Service Desk Support professional with 2-3 years of experience in remote voice support to assist international customers with hardware, software, and network issues. The role involves troubleshooting, escalating complex issues, building client relationships, and generating new sales leads. Strong communication skills, a solid understanding of IT infrastructure, and familiarity with CRM tools are essential.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat requests from users seeking technical assistance.
- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level IT support teams (L2/L3) when necessary.
- Ensure users are informed of issue status and follow up on open requests.
- 2-3 years of experience in IT Service desk or remote voice support of international customers.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in infrastructure management services, including cloud solutions, network management, and data security.
- Research, generate, and qualify new sales leads in target markets through various channels (cold calling, Linkedin, networking, etc.).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, including client interactions, in the CRM system.
- Present the services and offerings of the company to the prospects.
Qualifications
Experience : 2-3 Years
Bachelor’s degree or diploma.
