Role & responsibilities:
- Operations Manager will manage operations for portfolio of properties assigned to him/her.
- Will be part of the management team. Will work directly closely with the company leadership & will be a crucial team member of our organization accountable for Operations for portfolio of properties in one city or more.
- Will be involved in key strategic org-wide initiatives. Will work like an ambitious entrepreneur to accelerate growth of the company
Job Description:
- He/She will manage properties assigned end to end property onboarding, tenant search, tenant move in/out
- Manage the team of associates to ensure timeliness, quality for all operations like tenancy, inspections, site visit, repairs, legal paper work.
- He/She will manage the operations with efficiency and be expected to work independently and without oversight.
- Implement processes and systems to create seamless customer experience. Where possible, review existing processes, suggest changes to existing processes and create new ones.
- Years of experience 8 to 10 years.
Qualification:
BA, BBA, BBM, BCOM, Any Graduate with Operations and Admin experience
