Job Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Chief Information and Technology Officer to shape and execute our technology strategy to align with our business objectives and set us up for long term success.

This newly created senior executive role reporting directly to the CEO, will oversee the IT function, ensuring robust management of infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity, while fostering innovation and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

· Strategic leadership – Develop and execute IT strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals, ensuring scalability and alignment. Oversee the smooth operation of IT systems, infrastructure, and applications. Prepare, manage, and optimise the IT budget.

· Digital transformation – Drive innovation by integrating emerging technologies to enhance business performance and improve efficiency and customer and employee experiences.

· Governance and risk management – Establish governance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational policies. Identify and mitigate risks related to information security, data breaches, and IT continuity.

· Stakeholder engagement – Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers and internal stakeholders.

· Team leadership and development – Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team to achieve organisational goals. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Experience and Qualifications:

· Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership     role.

· Proven track record of developing and implementing successful IT strategies.

· Experience in managing large-scale IT projects and initiatives.

· Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

· National Police Clearance (current).

Job Type:

· On Contract Terms (Pay based on Hours utilized)

· Australian Shifts (4am to 1:30pm) (It might change due to DST)

Educational Qualifications:

· Any Graduate or Postgraduate in Accounting or Commerce along with CA/CPA or Semi-qualified       Chartered Accountants with experience in Australian Accounting processes
